Our guide was terrific
Our guide was terrific. He was mindful of the fact that my husband doesn't speak Spanish and helped to translate with me. He was considerate and candid. We did have some trouble connecting with him in the morning and it would have been helpful to have had the guides name and his phone number before we were expected to meet. A specific meeting place is always helpful.

Thank you for the review! We are very proud of our excellent guides. We're sorry you had some trouble meeting up with him, not a great way to being your experience. We've considered including the guide's phone number with travel documents, but in Cuba assigned guides can change at the last minute, especially on shore excursions, which could compound the confusion. We are going to set a specific meeting place, however, and include a photo of that spot with travel documents.
