For a 2 week tour of Israel; our tour guide Jacob was amazing, both in knowledge and ability to sometimes get the tour in places and times normally not available; but driver Nissan was a virtuoso with the steering wheel also. Hotels were OK to good. Trip preparation, flights and administration were very user-friendly.

Laurie
The guide in Havana was terrific. The walking tour was wonderful and went off without a hitch. The only feedback is to provide better instructions on the exact location to meet the guide from the cruise ship and the guide's phone number.
Response from Ya'lla Tours USAApr 4, 2019
Thank you, Laurie! We do need a better solution for travelers to meet their guide at the Havana port. We're looking for just the right spot close to the dock but removed enough that it doesn't get lost in the chaos of the disembarking crowds. We are hesitant to share the guide's phone number only because guides in Cuba may change at the last minute.

Our trip to Egypt was simply stellar--The itinerary was everything we hoped for and more, our guides Issam and "Bob" were informative and entertaining and made for a memorable trip and experience. And the drivers were also amazing-safely moving us through the most chaotic traffic we've ever experienced. Highly recommended!
