The cost of this product is insane
The cost of this product is insane, I left and was able to find something for a third of the cost. Also the product I received was a small plain white bottle, but they advertise the black and blue bottle with their logo, I'd say borderline false advertising

I was expecting the product to be in…
I was expecting the product to be in the bottle advertised on the website, what I received looked completely different and worse. I would have not paid the money I paid if i knew that this is what id be getting. Also the gel is harder to spread than a liquid or foam which isn't as major of an issue to me.

Disorganized and inconsistent
This place is extremely disorganized. Every other time there is a refill, there is some sort of problem. Sometimes they forget to send a renewal to the doctor. Sometimes they forget to tell you if your card has expired. Sometimes they put the wrong dose in the system. In each of these cases, they have failed to notice the problem on their own, and it has required intervention from the patient and the prescriber to fix.

Shipped product without consent
Shipped product without consent, despite me cancelling the subscription ASAP. They ended up refunding the payment and let me keep the medication, but I disposed of it at a pharmacy as the cost was prohibitive to continue and there wasn't much data to suggest this was more effective than radically cheaper oral meds. Maybe if you experienced side effects from those and have a lot of money to burn, this is a good fit, but the fact that it was shipped out before I said "yes let's do it" left a bad taste in my mouth.
