XtremaReviews of xtrema.com

Xtrema offers a 30 day return policy. Sounds good. Right? Well when the enamel cookware doesn't perform as described and you want to return it, you get the details of their return policy. It can only be returned if not used. You pay an expensive postage rate that is about 1/3 of the cost of the product. Then they charge an additional $20 for restocking. Then when they receive the cookware, they will decide if it can be returned. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Mark and avoid!!

I have the 11-inch and 7-inch skillets and the 1.5-quart Versa Pot, and I absolutely love them. There is definitely a little bit of a learning curve when you first start cooking with pure ceramic, especially if you’re used to nonstick pans, but once you get the hang of it, they’re fantastic. One of my favorite things is how well the ceramic retains heat. I’m often cooking multiple things at once, and I can turn the burner off and the pan will keep the food warm while I finish everything else. I also really appreciate knowing that I’m cooking on pure ceramic rather than a coated cooking surface. And the cleanup is SO easy. My husband comments on it all the time because these are much easier to clean than our cast iron or stainless steel pans. They’ve quickly become the cookware we reach for most often.

Received damaged product, zero communication from company despite several emails. Do not trust this company with your money

First thing- IT IS MADE IN CHINA!!! I bought the 9" signature Skillet November 2024 ... December 2025 we discovered a crack on the bottom that went all the way through. It was not noticeable until the pan was slowly heating up - and we discovered liquid running onto stove top. We followed all the care instructions for product ... and yet when emailing customer service for their 10 year warranty - we got the "replacement guarantee" (THEY AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME YOU DID THE DAMAGE)!!! **So beware on their warranty - they don't really stand behind it, and assume any problems - you caused. So shipping is the customer's responsibility...and 1st item they'll replace - and when it fails again in a year or so - you pay 20% of the current cost of product....

They refuse to honor their 30 day trial period for refund as I used the cookware. How else am I supposed to try it?

it's very nice items

So here's my experience, draw your own conclusions... I recently purchased a ceramic pan from xtrema based on the promise on their website of quality etc. Product arrived BUT, it is quite obvious that a flaw on the handle has been over painted/touched in by some "artisan" post production, and that's their idea of quality control. I emailed support with photographs. Absolute radio silence. Needless to say I won't be purchasing again from their range.

Súper recomiendo
