"F" rating by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The company sends customers a USPS tracking number to trick you into thinking your package has been shipped. In reality, they've only printed the label. The masks are expensive and necessary for our health but all the company cares about is quick profit. I can't believe their website says masks are in stock and online platforms are promoting the company. WEAK.

Same experience as many others posting here. Timeline: April 13th - Ordered masks April 29th - No updates on shipping status so emailed them and was told that item was shipped on April 23rd. May 5th - Checked tracking number, no updates so eMailed support again and was told that the masks were packaged but were never "handed over the shipping company." Thinking about what to do next...may try to cancel / report as fraud to the credit card company... — May 22nd update I followed up again on May 7th asking if there were additional updates since it appeared that the shipper still had not received a package from xsuit adding that if there were no updates to just cancel my order. The reply from xsuit was that they had canceled my order and indeed about a week later I got a refund to my credit card. In summary, I totally understand delays but the lack of upfront communication is terrible customer service. xSuit did reply to inquires for updates via eMail but, as documented above, however the updates were not helpful and it felt like they were just stalling for time. Also, throughout all of this I have continued to receive marketing eMail from xSuit saying that masks and filters were still available which is obviously not true. I believe that the play here is to get people to order before the have stock in place, charge them immediately, and use those funds to produce the product. Very shady business practices. Compare this with other companies who are upfront that they don’t have product in stock, put you on a waiting list or take pre-orders and not charge you until the product ships. That is responsible business practice.

I hate having to do this but I truly cant allow this company to lie to its paying customers. I was told my masks would be shipping on multiple different dates since placing my order on 04/19. I would have been fine with them telling me it might take a few weeks but they have given me dates and they were just flat out lying. I’m requesting a refund now and hopefully they learn not to take advantage of people during a pandemic. @BetterBusinessBureau lol

Just as other have commented, X-Suit charged my card but has failed to initiate shipment even after 2 weeks of placing the order. I placed my order for masks on April 21st as their site claimed that the marks were “In stock” but beyond sending me the order confirmation, haven’t yet even initiated the shipment yet. Sent couple of emails to x-suit customer service and got their usual BS response “due to high demand from this Covid situation, we are behind on shipments”. I paid more than $100 for their promised products and now I am thinking that it’s gone to a scammer.

Max reaches out to me and I had a problem with my orders. I was very patient and tried emailing a number of times and as a customer I was ignored and was given the worst customer service experience imaginable. Absolutely unacceptable. To this day they never responded.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Have tried to get an update on the status of my order for over two weeks. Told to wait and see if i receive it. The tracking number clearly shows the order hasn't even made it to the courier. The company is providing no recourse for me until i can return the product they have yet to ship me. Awful company.

The shipping takes forever because they're shipping them from China, they're not in stock in the US. They use USPS tracking numbers to scam us into thinking that. Never doing business with again. Contacting PayPal to get my money back.

Wish I never ordered this. It was a huge rip off and they lied about everything. I overpaid for trash and it took way longer than promised. They are trying to cover up that it’s being sent from China.
