First off any offer that is online from xsuit.eu is basically pointless because you get hammered on Duty tax. Secondly unlike xsuit.com where there is one size reference now there's two European and US and the if there is an issue with your order (like there was with mine) the delivery procedure is beyond garbage as it then gets stuck at customs a second time in France. Once they finally get passed and delivered to xsuit.eu they lose it for near enough 2 weeks and then drag there heels in total it took me 50+ emails and over 2 months of chasing them up and not to say an extra £600 in delivery costs, duty, delivery fees etc. Overal everything from customer service to delivery I horrendous!

I bought Xsuit2.0 jacket, Xsuit2.0 pants, Xshirt3.0 I paid $126 for a rag. Horrible quality, horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy your clothes elsewhere. Horrible Quality - I ordered 3 items. Two of the three had manufacturing defects. Issue 1 - In the pants, the crotch seam was not sewn at all (that is an important seam). Issue 2 - The shirt had a hole in it (they would not replace or refund - see customer service below), hence, I paid $126 for a rag. Issue 3 - Took me three times to get the jacket size correct. The 44 was actually tighter than the 42 indicating poor workmanship. Horrible Customer Service - Issue 4 - Returned the 42 jacket. They said they would have to charge me since I didn't include the garment bag and hanger. I told them I was certain I did return these items. They sent me a picture of them holding up a jacket like that proved I didn't send the bag/hanger. Luckily, when I enlarged another photo they sent, it clearly showed the bag/hanger. I've never had a company try to gaslight me before. Issue 5 - I explained that the shirt had a manufacturing defect - a hole. I wore the shirt once and didn't notice a hole when I put it on. I wore the shirt under a vest. When I took off the shirt, I noticed a hole (the shirt stretches so I am not that surprised that the hole became noticeable after wearing). The area of the vest over the hole had no damage whatsoever so there was no way I could have unknowingly punctured the shirt. XSuit refused to replace or refund the shirt. Xsuit said I damaged it with no explanation as to why my vest was undamaged.

Placed an order And wait for over 3 week, still hasn’t sent yet. They said it is due to COVID restriction, come on, it is 2022, tell me which country on this earth is still forcing this kind of restriction.

They say that if you are not satisfied with their product that you can return it, yet make it almost impossible to do so within their 30 day window. We submitted to have our return “approved” twice rejected. After many phone calls, and resubmitting seems they still can not give us the information to return their product. Thinking this is part of their business model. Their advertising of send it back if you don’t like it is super deceptive. Their website only posts positive reviews. BUYER BEWARE!!! UPDATE... Okay, finally got approval to return and given and address to send box, with more complicated hoops to jump through in order to meet their requirements. (Honestly, I found it easier to do my taxes this year than meet all the demands to return their product.) Also, I get to pay the return shipping, over $30 and now have to submit the documentation to get a store credit for that amount. I have little faith that they will even credit our credit card when they receive the return. Especially after reading several other reviews with the same concerns. Xsuit--- it isn't what you say, it is what you do! Your defensive reply to my review would better approached with reforming the onerous return process. STOP LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS FIX THE SYSTEM You make the process painful and unnecessarily complex to discourage people from returning your items. Not the way to win return customers or referrals.

I got an e-mail asking me how I like my new mask??? WELL!!! I DID NOT ORDER ONE!!!

They drop ship 50 cent masks from China and charge you 100 dollars for it. Meanwhile you wait a month to receive it. I caught onto what they were doing and finally received a refund after informing them I’d be leaving a negative review with the BBB.

My husband is an essential worker and his mask has started to rust where the nose bracket connects. I’ve emailed customer service with photos and haven’t heard back. Also, we continually have to check the little filter brackets as they are prone to falling off. On both masks. Considering how much you pay for these masks, you’d thing they’d be of better quality. Edited to add that I have still not received any communication from this company other than what you see below. Nothing in my inbox. UPDATE: XSuit did, after some back and forth, send a replacement but they sent the wrong mask. One I never had ordered and was too small for my husband to wear. After letting them know about this, they gave me a partial refund and sent the correct mask. I can’t, however, increase the number of stars as the new mask they sent is falling apart after just a couple of months. The stitching around the ear loops is coming apart and the the material is fraying. We will replace the mask with a different brand altogether.

I bought 2 suits but these were not the issue. The issue was the return. I had to email customer service multiple times before they even began to process my return. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong return address even when I provided a scan of the shipping slip but apparently no one at X-Suits bothers to confirm it. After waiting 2 months with no refund or reply, I had to email X Suits (multiple times once again) to inquire what happened. After their non-existent customer support did not reply, I was forced to make a long distance call at an inconvenient time difference only to be finally told "We gave you the wrong address. I'll send this management." What is this supposed to mean? I have no promise for a return call or any confirmation that the matter was being investigated. I didn't even receive an apology. Only after multiple emails and a phone call, did I finally receive an email stating they made a mistake in the providing the wrong address. As no one bothered to pick up the package, it is now being returned to me but due to COVID, the deliveries are indefinitely delayed. A simple return has now taken over 4 months and counting. In addition to this utter stupidity, customer service reps are not constant - they seem to change for each reply so it just leads more redundancy on my end. I was asked questions like "what did you order" - why do I have to confirm my order when X Suits has my order number, return number, and all other information? Is X suits so incompetent or lazy they cannot even check their own systems? I have honestly never encountered customer service so abysmally poor, lazy, and incompetent that I would not recommend their product for this reason alone. Skip it and give your money to a company that actually bothers to care about their customers.
