The suit came surprisingly fast, and the jacket was a nice fit. However the pants were a bit bigger than expected. Was hoping to exchange for a size smaller but when I checked their website there was nothing smaller. Would definitely order again

The suit is comfortable. The pants should be Taylored to fit. I have to spend extra money to adjust the pants.

I ordered the Corporate Black Suit. The box arrived smashed, hangar broken inside. The pants had a white stain on the crotch and looked to have been worn before. I sent it back for a refund. UPDATE: I was contacted by customer services who issued a refund apologize for the negative experience and offered a giftcard or alternative item as a way to make things right. While it might not be their fault in terms of damaged items, they made it right so I give them extra stars for that effort.

It would have been good to receive my correctly sized and coloured xsuit 2 years ago. It would also have been great to not have to send my measurements 6 times. However am very pleased to have finally recieved the excellent product. Thanks. Maybe I'll buy another one once you make the color I originally ordered. Appreciate your efforts to make it right.

I ordered 3 X Suits, top and bottom, one of each color of the corporate suits. I originally saw the Ultra Suit, but I found the sizing to be near impossible to figure out. X Suit does a great job with online sizing and estimating, and the shoulders on the suits fit perfectly. First thing i did after receiving the suits was to put one of the jackets on and run the sleeve through running water in the faucet. If you rub the water in, it does get the material wet, but otherwise, EXACTLY as advertised! I love it! However, this amazing material did not come all too easily. 1. My permanent residence is in Arizona, but I found myself unexpectedly and suddenly stuck for an extended stay in Massachusetts for work. I needed the suits in Massachusetts. I saw the opportunity to purchase the X Suit, so I used my Arizona address as my payment address and my Massachusetts address as my shipping address. I decided to purchase two of the suits after I purchased the first, so it was two different orders. BOTH were shipped to my Arizona address. X Suit eventually covered the shipping fee from AZ to MA, but it took several emails and over 1 month to receive the refund. 2. As I mentioned, I ordered 3 suits, all the same size. However, all 3 were sized differently. The Grey suit fit the tightest and the best. The Black suit fit second best and the Charcoal suit is barely wearable; I do wear it, but it doesn't fit as I would have hoped. And this is even AFTER I took all three to the tailor to make adjustments. I do like the comfort and durability of the suits very much. And, the grey suit does look great. If solely based on that suit, I would give the suits a 5 star rating. I do think I would order again, but I would keep in mind that the cuts of the suits are not consistent. However, the most important part, the shoulders, do all fit perfectly. I found customer support up until the shipping issue to be responsive. So, overall, a positive, but a bit of a mixed review. UPDATED: The Company has really tried hard to make this right and has gone above and beyond. Since this order i have placed a second order for a suit and it came fast with no issues It seems they fixed the supply chain issues. As to the product, I have worn the suits a lot actually. More than I realized before I started to write this. In fact I had the sports jacket on today and I have it hung to wear tomorrow. They not not bad. There was a redesign for better or worse with version 2. Personally I liked the version 1 sleeves that can be buttoned which was taken away. Second my version 2 pants lost a button due to some loose stitching which I called before it happened. That said the suits have literally gone with me across the country and the world even into war zones and I have pulled them out no irons and they look fine. I have worn them in front of media and to high level government affairs and nothing but compliments. If that means anything for styling. I appreciate the company's follow up to make things right and hope they continue to improve in the future __________________ Old: Three times have I had to have my order sent and still it is not right. Each time you have to pay to send the order back to they upward of $20+ and hope you get refunded. They ask that you make the return as samples so to I don't even know. To this day they have my money I have asked for a refund and they still have not sent the right suit. They literally keep sending black sports pants I guess no one is buying those and they are trying to get rid of them. Now I am still out Over $300 and do not have a suit and have to go to my bank to get this resolved. Don't do business with this company its not worth it and I have not even started on the quality. They refuse to respond to emails calls anything. It's ridiculous.
