Update. I finally received my XMasks today. So I am changing my review to add one more star from my original review of three-stars. Going forward, in the future I hope xsuits can be upfront about its delivery time. I think most customers would be okay if they know in advance that there is going to be delays in shipping. For example, instead of saying that shipping is 5-7 business days; just state due to current events shipping may be delayed up to 3-4 weeks. Again, once customers are apprised of the situation they tend to be fine with it. P.S. I’m pleased with my purchase.

I felt deceived after placing my order discovering that there was no stock currently in the USA. I searched the internet and found virtually identical masks marketed under several different names sometimes with the same persons modeling the masks on well done websites at varying prices. I found this website early on with persons concerned and became nervous. I requested a refund via email support and was told I would receive a refund. Then I called and spoke to a gentleman that logged into my order and issued a refund on the spot. I explained my concerns to the gentleman who seemed to understand and did not appear to be offended.

Ordered masks 5 days ago. Spoke to representative today who assured me of shipping. Should receive tracking by end of the week. High demand items. Keep posted expect 3 week delivery from time of order.

Poor review given at first. I posted that my question was not answered “Because the supplier did not answer my question. I asked when I will receive the suit and shirts. I have had 2 replies. 1 said thanks for my message. The other said I will be told now. I still don't know”. UPDATE I have now received further emails after my request for update. I was given an accurate delivery timeline which was kept to. Thank you. I received the suit and shirts. Within 2 days I had adjusted the trousers length (they come long so you can tailor them to suit you), and warn the suit to high level meetings at UK national police command level at the virus planning meetings. Couldn’t think of a better suit! Am now going to be sending most of my other suits to a charity shop, and getting more of the Xsuit. Yes really. Well done guys. Great produce.

It was worth the wait. I’m very happy with my result. One thing I could say is the pant size configuration could be worked on because it’s a little tight. But overall it lives up to its name

Spoke to agents find a good solution, i recommend them as a serious customer service oriented company, and the product is amazing too ! !
