Decent Product, Dishonest Advertising, TERRIBLE Logistics
UPDATE 5/12: Well, I contacted their chat-bot and she (it?) offered me a partial refund/discount for the inconvenience. She was unable to confirm where my shipment actually was but DID confirm that products are sent from China via Jet-E-Commerce to California, and then distributed via USPS or other carriers. And lo and behold... on my porch today were masks and filters. No tracking updates for 9 days and suddenly USPS has them out for delivery. The masks are as advertised and are built with an acceptable quality level, but are a tad overpriced. But I get it... it's a pandemic, and they are in a position to raise prices and profit from that. Overall, I would not do business with this company in the future. Their website is still advertising these products as "in stock" and "shipping in 5-7 business days". You can order from them and you'll eventually get masks, but no time soon. ORIGINAL POST 5/11: Xsuit claims to have masks in stock, shipping via DHL in 5-7 business days. There is a US-based address and phone number on their website. Everything about this advertising is false. They do not have masks in stock, they are not sent via DHL, and they are certainly not originating from the US. They use Jet-E-Commerce Logistics to mask the origin (presumably China) and shipping date. Today marks 3 weeks since my order and I still have no idea where my products are... probably still on a boat somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. April 20: Place order for masks (immediately charged my card) April 28: Xsuit claims to have shipped my order. Provides USPS tracking number but USPS doesn't have anything yet. May 3: "Departed shipping partner facility" ... supposedly in California, but USPS still doesn't have it, so who knows. May 11 (today) - no updates I've sent emails to their support line but no response. Their chat-bot just echoes the lies on their website. If I ever get products, I will update my review, but for now I can just assume these folks are capitalizing on the pandemic through grossly dishonest business practices. Avoid this company.
