This company does not provide tracking information or a way to track your package. I placed my order almost two weeks ago and still have not received the product. The order confirmations says that it takes 3-5 working days for shipping, it has been over 8. I also don’t appreciate that there isn’t a contact number for customer service.

Hi Markus. We had contacted you several times to no avail. You made an order and unfortunately, based on your measurements, you fell out of our 1.0 size range. We offered to upgrade your suit to a 2.0 (free of charge) and you have declined. Please respond to customer services so that we can find a reasonable resolution. Customer Service is very bad, after countless try of getting an answer for my order, for which i couldn't get a tracking number. I wanted to cancel it, but i still couldn't reach them, so i had to call my credit card to dispute the charge

Strongly suggest you stay away from this company. After receiving a defective item, I contacted them. They argued and said it was impossible. They had me send pictures. After 2 weeks they agreed. Because they are only located in Asia, they did not want to ship the item back. I asked for a credit. They ignored my request for several months. After contacting them again and again, having to explain myself to different people since they do not have any direct employees and only a hired call center, they now have no knowledge of my past conversations. They continue to reply the same thing and continue to play games. REPLY: WE SENT YOU A REPLACEMENT, DID YOU RECEIVE, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS, WE HOPE THAT WE CAN COME TO AN AGREEMENT THAT IS SUITABLE FOR BOTH SIDES. It's been over 6 months, yes 6 months.

Sadly, I can't leave zero stars. Everything from fit and finish, to customer service and delay after delay, the x suit is not worth it. After a 2 month painstaking process during which I was sent the wrong size twice, I returned it all and will never recommend or buy from them again.
