The products I ordered All from Xprite, eventually stopped working. I feel that this product should not be sold on Amazon. Amazon reached out to me via email, and stated that a representative of Xprite would be in contact with me; To provide them a phone number and time for them to contact me......well , I'm still waiting.

Be careful, this company has unethical practices. I bid $439 on this in ebay and won a the only bidder. When I went to pay, I was unable because they canceled the item stating it was because I did, which I didn't. So I decide to go to their direct Xprite website and bought it there for $509 and paid for it. The site and checkout state free shipping but 2 days later they call me to set up shipping payment of $125. They state it was suppose to list shipping charges but they made a mistake . The shipping helps bring it to a price they really want as evident of the average price all over Amazon, ebay etc. It's basically a bait and switch so be careful because prices are not what the appear.

After purchasing both the LED headlights and fog lights for my Jeep and having them professionally installed, I immediately had issues with the light system. After contacting customer service to explain the issues that were occurring as well as sending photos, it was determined by Xprite that there was a defect in the control box. After back and forth, Xprite finally sent me a new control box. When I received the replacement control box, it was apparent that it was completely different than the one that came with the original set. The original control box was plastic and made poorly compared to the replacement one that was fully metal and better quality. When I spoke to Yanelly (manager) at customer service and brought it to her attention that I would have to pay again to switch out the control box, I asked her for the inconvenience of a defective product would Xprite credit me money off the original sale to compensate the money to cover the reinstallment. Yanelly would not help me or even get me to higher management to deal with this issue. It is sad that I bought this product directly from the manufacturer thinking I would avoid issues like this if they occurred. I would advise anyone to buy this product from Amazon or similar companies who will stand behind their product.

So they sent me a replacement and it just stopped working they told me they would replace still dont have it after 21 days. They asked me to remove my negative review and as soon as i did they didn’t care

Absolute waste of money. I have 3 different price range of light bars. All getting RF interference from CB radio. Customer Service basically told me it wasn't there problem. I suggest taking your money somewhere else.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The WORST customer service! We have LED lights with RBG halos on jeep wrangler. During 1st 6mo the halo stopped working. Color was all Messed up. They sent a new control box. Now just out of the 1 yr warranty, 1 halo has a section not working. it is always red in that section. looks like our jeep has a black eye. Contacted Customer service, to me this is a reliability / quality issue asking then to replace. the following is the response I received; "Hello, Unfrotunatly this order was placed back in 2018 we currently only offer a 1 year warranty I do apologize." {FYI this is a cut and paste, so yes it was misspelled} 2 failures in our products within 1 yr. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! So now we will purchase new light from another company!

They came in fast and are incredibly bright! Lobe them!!

After ordering grab handles for my son for his birthday all the parts were not included. I know people make mistakes but after several attempts to get it right, y’all sending the wrong parts twice and my son installing the grab bars you want him to ship them back. Just send him the right grab bar!
