2018 Wrangler JKU Parking Light Install In a nut shell!!!! I ordered a set of DRL Parking and side markers at the beginning of May 2026. The first set of Halos burnt out within a weeks time. They upheld and send a second set after I sent them pictures of the bad lights. I received the second set within a few days. That set burnt out as well? Not once but 4 times I had to go back in, to take them out, and replace them with a diff manufacturer lighting. During this time, Xprite asked me to take more pics to prove the second set wasn't functioning as well. So I had to hook them back up, just to take pictures again of their faulty lighting! They wanted to send me a third set, LOL!!!!! COME'ON MAN!!! They ended up swapping these Parking Lights out, for a more expensive set of fog lights. So I have to give them there Due on fixing the matter at hand. Would I recommend this company........You probably know that answer! But, they did work with me to make this to make things right! Use your own gut on this one.

Scammed. Ordered, paid, never showed up and can’t get anyone there to communicate with me on any platforms they offer.

Hello, I am contacting you regarding Order XP20039986 for the Xprite 18 inch 150 LED Rooftop Emergency Strobe Light (Amber). The item I received is not in new condition. It appears to be previously used or refurbished, and the suction components are defective. The rubber suction cups show visible wear and damage, making them unreliable for mounting on a vehicle. This creates a safety issue and makes the product unusable for its intended purpose. This condition does not match the expectation of a new product as advertised. I have attached photos documenting the condition of the unit, including the damaged suction mounts and signs of prior use. I am requesting one of the following resolutions: • A full replacement with a brand-new, unused unit in proper working condition • Or a full refund of this purchase Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue promptly. Purchased 7” LED for my jeep last year August via Amazon. Installed them last week, one headlamp is wrong, the other’s high beam does not work. Contacted Amazon, referred me to X sprite - x sprite wants me to ship them back from SA at my cost or at best pay for shipping for the replacement. I live in South Africa - very very poor support and poor product

Ordered the part to make my lights and fog lights work together after changing the bulbs and the part I ordered made them worse, no headlights at all just fog lights. Pulled the part back off and the wires had came out of the connector. Contacted them by email and told them the issues and asked about a refund and cold silent after that point. Worst company to buy from. Run away from them and save your money because once you buy a faulty part that's it your stuck with it and can't get your money back.

The build quality is outstanding. The frame feels solid, and the materials used are clearly designed to withstand tough conditions.

Wrong parts in box, no live chat, no email returns and no one to answer a call. STAY AWAY!

Purchased 4ft 1 color whip light for my Polaris 570 side x side.. No wiring instructions except whats on that little phamplet and its useless.. Tried calling several times and never got an answer, sent emails and got no response.. Insted of messing up my wiring harness I'm boxing it up and sending it back to Amazon.. To many other companys sell these things.
