Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. They gave me a quote to ship my vehicle, and I accepted it in good faith. Everything seemed fine until the morning of the scheduled pickup. That’s when they suddenly called and claimed they couldn’t find a driver for the price they had already agreed to. Their “solution” was to nearly double the price and pressure me into paying more. When I refused to be taken advantage of, they threatened to charge me a cancellation fee even though they were the ones who failed to honor the original agreement. It felt like I was being punished for refusing to pay their last-minute price increase. Trying to reach customer service was another disaster. My calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and the only time I could get someone to respond was when I called from my business phone. Once they realized I wasn’t giving in to their demands, communication practically disappeared. In my opinion, the way this company operates is completely unacceptable. They advertise one price, wait until customers are committed, then try to raise the cost at the last possible moment. Whether that’s poor management or a deliberate business practice, the result is the same: customers are left frustrated, wasting time, and scrambling to find another transporter. I would never trust this company with my vehicle or my money again. If you value your time, your wallet, and your peace of mind, choose another shipping company. There are plenty of honest businesses out there this was not one of them.

I have shipped trucks on three different occasions with them and vehicles always arrived on time in good condition and at the price quoted. Drivers are courteous and professional. And dealing with Robert at the brokerage has always been a good experience. He works hard to get the best price to meet your budget. Rick
