Bit and Click. The quoted price was $1,300, but I ended up paying $1,800. The pickup was rescheduled three times, and they did not come to the pickup address that had been confirmed when the quote was provided.

I had done business with them in the past and had no complaints. But this week, I was getting quotes from different vendors and I ended up using someone else. Xpress wouldn't take no for an answer and then I check my credit card two days later and they charged me the booking fee without my consent or any signed agreement. I figure that they had my card information and charged me without consent. I contacted them to ask for a refund and they are not responding. I had to submit a dispute with the bank since they didnt respond. Be careful with these guys.

I never write reviews but don’t want another family going through what we have. I signed a contract with Xpress Auto Transport. Once signed, they turn you over to a dispatch center that doesn’t care about the contract. Inevitably, a driver can only be found for hundreds more. The driver hooked our car up the wrong way, bent a metal rod to a 90 degree angle. It cost us just under $5,000 to get fixed. The insurance company associated with the transport company won’t pay for the damages because the amount is under the $5,000 deductible. Worst experience ever.

Buyer be aware: My experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. They quoted a fare price to ship my college students vehicle, quote was accepted and documents signed. Everything seemed fine until a few days leading up to the scheduled pickup. That’s when they said everything was scheduled and the driver would send me his information. On the day of pick up, after calling they suddenly informed me the driver broke down, then he had an accident and we needed to find another driver. They found a driver but could not get there until the following day. They reassured me we would have a driver the following morning. That came and went with no driver. 24 hours after the scheduled pick up they called and claimed they couldn’t find a driver for the price they had already agreed to. Their “solution” was to nearly Tripple the price and pressure me into paying more. Almost $4000 for a 1600 mile trip. I refused to be taken advantage of, and reminded them they are in breach of the agreement. I then cancelled and drove the car to my destination and arrived just in time to move into the dorm. Commincation was poor and they did not schedule properly. In fact they said the price I was quoted was a mistake because the final destination was not on a scheduled route and out of the way. Hence the increase in price. That is totally BS. They had weeks to plan this move and did nothing expect cause my family mental anguish. So which is it, the quote was done wrong, driver broke down, accident or lack of planning and follow through. I did my part, they did not. In my opinion, the company operates in a completely unacceptable fashion. They advertise one price, wait until customers are committed, then try to raise the cost at the last possible moment. Whether that’s poor management or a deliberate business practice, the result is the same: customers are left frustrated, wasting time, and scrambling to find another transporter or having to drive themselves. I would never trust this company with my vehicle or my money again. If you value your time, your wallet, and your peace of mind, choose another shipping company. There are plenty of honest businesses out there this was not one of them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Xpress Auto Transportation, especially dealing with their agent Charlie. They used bait-and-switch tactics, changing the price and conditions after the agreement had already been made. They also failed to secure a driver on time, causing unnecessary delays, inconvenience, and stress. To make matters worse, my vehicle was damaged during transportation, and the company refused to properly compensate for the damages. Charlie’s communication, along with the company’s overall customer service, was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout the entire process. I would not recommend Xpress Auto Transportation to anyone. Please be very careful before trusting them with your vehicle.
