I had my truck picked up and delivered to my house. Communicated with Nick Maren through the process and he kept me updated and found my driver. It was easy and my truck was delivered right to my door. Thanks for the service. I appreciate the comminucation he provided to keep me updated and check in with me throughout till the end.

I had done business with them in the past and had no complaints. But this week, I was getting quotes from different vendors and I ended up using someone else. Xpress wouldn't take no for an answer and then I check my credit card two days later and they charged me the booking fee without my consent or any signed agreement. I figure that they had my card information and charged me without consent. I contacted them to ask for a refund and they are not responding. I had to submit a dispute with the bank since they didnt respond. Be careful with these guys.

Ultimately went with a different carrier due to some tight delivery requirements, but was super appreciative of Nick Maren's help and follow-up afterwards to make sure I was set. Will be keeping his number for next time.
