Never Received Anything
Never Received Anything . Sunglasses under order nr 30REXPT2WE have been scanned 30 times by USPS So far But seem in an Endless Loop Around Tampa Without getting to me .

App for measurement PD and Seg Height…
App for measurement PD and Seg Height is garbage. Multiple issues with fulfilment,first was the rx was way off due to PD and SH. Most recent was that my replacement order of "sunglasses" (due to rx issue) came without any tint.

Provider couldn't get information input…
Provider couldn't get information input and I ended up paying for exam. I'm still waiting on reimbursement. Contacts were delayed twice even though I'd spoken to a contact who said it was fixed. Contacts were over twice the amount that I've paid with other carriers.

We understand how frustrating these issues must be. To give you an update: your contacts have been delivered, and we're currently working with your provider to have the claim refiled at the in-network rate. In the meantime, we're reimbursing you directly so you're not left waiting on that process. We're also reviewing what happened with the delays so this is handled right the first time going forward. We have an open line with you already and will keep working this until everything is fully resolved.

Awful experience. Deceptive and expensive pricing. You might as well purchase glasses from the optometrist. The ordering process is cumbersome and there is no option to cancel the order without waiting for your "kit" to come in the mail. Sure, the seeming 3 credits of $180 each seems generous, but if your glasses are less than $180, you lose the difference. The home try-on seems nice, but I received two frames with sunglass lenses, but they can't be ordered that way. Maybe it's a different experience for contact lenses. If you are using VSP, there are other online options. They preferred is Eyeconic. I am going to try that instead.

Had to send my glasses back due to bifocal being wrong. Took a long time to get back and they are STILLwrong.
