I’ve been on my journey for over 2.5 years and used several telehealth companies along the way… XMD is BY FAR the BEST! Amazing and caring providers, fast shipping, and great customer service! I ordered my last refill Monday, it was approved and at the pharmacy Tuesday, shipped Tuesday and in my hands today! That’s INCREDIBLE! I’ve been using them since November 2025!

I’ve been an XMD customer since November of 2025. I love that they have 24/7 phone availability, and a patient portal I can chat and ask questions when needed. I have used compounded Tirz, NAD+ and Glutathione with excellent results. I had an issue with shipping one month and XMD/Xyngular member services were very polite and quick to help me get the issue resolved! Definitely love the standard of care with this telehealth company - you don’t get this level of service at other places.

Very friendly customer service. The virtual visit was very helpful. I asked all the questions I needed and felt like the dr listened to my concerns. Shipment was packed well and all supplies were included which I was surprised. And the pricing is all inclusive. Many other peptide companies will charge for everything

Do not use XMD wellness. The review process was taking well over a week and when I figured out that they weren't for me and wanted to cancel my service and sent the message all you get back is "your request has been escalated to our billing department" and they still never cancelled my service and tried to charge me for the next month. It's a fraud, they will probably try to continue to charge me even though I never received anything and will not let me cancel.

Very little guidance with dosage. My first dose, I accidentally took 10 x the amount that I was suppose to due to being sent a 1 mL syringe and not being able to read the numbers so thought the 70 was 7. I called the help line and was told a nurse would contact me with in 48 hours a d that he hopes I will be ok because it sounds very bad they ended the call.I could NOT get a hold of anyone and did not receive a call back for 2 weeks! Emails were responded to with an automated response everytime. Poison control got me through that one thankfully. Last month I moved states and my whole prescription changed to a much weaker version. I made an appointment with one of their nurses, who told me what I was getting was the only option through the pharmacy it was compounded at in my state. (California) XMD advertizes many different customizable concoctions of the compounds so I was disappointed to find out that this just isnt the case. Not impressed with over all experience and looking for recommendations for a new company.

I have been on compounded Tirzepatide for 4 months. The start of my journey, I was a bit nervous to this new holistic approach for better health. When I started my intake form I was completely honest with my answers. I was approved and scheduled a virtual telehealth visit to go over the information I provided, including medications I was currently taking. I received my first package 3 days after it was approved. I was contacted by text and email when the doctor was reviewing my intake answers, when it was approved and sent to the pharmacy, to when it shipped with tracking number, to when it was delivered. I have received four shipments and each one was packed to ensure coldness when received. As for customer service, I received responses to emails and texts within hours of asking a question. Every month I am scheduled to fill out my in take form to determine if I need to stay on current dose or time to move up. This is also a time to provide any concerns or issues you are having while taking your injections. I have been very happy with this process. I feel I am getting better structure and care for my wellness on my journey. As for guidance on how to administer injections and side effects was provided with my package and through my prescription notification I received from the doctor. Best advice to help on your journey, is to find a support group on Facebook or YouTube. I have found some wonderful people that truly helped with eating healthy and getting my protein, calorie deficit, and fiber. Cheers to you on your journey.

Just starting with this. Order was placed, meds were shipped with a tracking number provided and a heads up to watch for it because it would need to be refrigerated upon receipt. So I was watching. It was shipped in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs inside the box, I was out when it was depicted but I had a heads up it was delivered by watching the tracking, and upon getting home immediately unboxed it and it was still cold, I've packs were still cold. Haven't started using it yet, will do my first shot tomorrow, but have no complaints so far. The call with the NP was smooth, she answered my questions, took my information, and ordered what I needed. Will report back after giving it a few weeks trial. But the other review i read here had me worried about how it would come in so I wanted to provide my experience.
