, not even a phone call that I was basically not getting my money back and so be it! So rude and unprofessional and I will not let this go. A rip-off all the way around!! Product doesn't work, you cancel in time, but someone from the company will "PUSH" your order through so they get one more payment. Do Not order from this scam company!!

Had a missing vial of medication. I've called 5 times and just keep being told this is being escalated and would be handled in 24-48 hours or a supervisor would be calling back in 24 hours. No one ever did. After spending another 38 minutes on the phone this morning they will be calling me back in 3 hours. I have very little faith in this. Considering I've paid a great deal for their product I will be getting an attorney involved by the end of the week. Try something else. If you don't have a problem they're great but nothing ever goes as planned and they have no desire to fix the problem.

If I was not a nurse I would not have already known what to do with vials and injections. The providers do not make personal contact with the patients to order up medications and go through instructions. They rely on their generic questionnaire they have you fill out every month. They change the medication additives every month. They do not review previous month or previous history notes before ordering a new prescription to be consistent each month. It's a very haphazard way to run a business and dangerous to the consumer.

Do not use XMD wellness. The review process was taking well over a week and when I figured out that they weren't for me and wanted to cancel my service and sent the message all you get back is "your request has been escalated to our billing department" and they still never cancelled my service and tried to charge me for the next month. It's a fraud, they will probably try to continue to charge me even though I never received anything and will not let me cancel.

I found out after placing an order this is part of Xyngular, a MLM. So I was skeptical. I ordered and paid for microdosing tirzepatide. The consult was underwhelming, but I’ve already been on a GLP1 for almost 2 years so I know how to use it and what to expect. However if I was new to it, there isn’t much guidance there. I had my consult on Friday afternoon. Meds shipped from pharmacy on Saturday morning. Delivery was scheduled to arrive on Monday morning however the delivery didn’t arrive until Tuesday afternoon and the meds were hot. I reached out to customer service and received a scripted reply of with a “we will escalate this and someone will reach out in 24-48 hours”. Never heard back. I called again Friday and got the same script “someone will reach out to you in 24-48 hours” which is a lie because that didn’t happen the first time. I requested my subscription be cancelled because you can’t do that online, another red flag to keep you locked into a subscription you don’t want. The rep stated she put in a request for the cancellation. I asked about a refund since the meds are unusable and unopened she said no because the meds were shipped to me and I received them so I don’t qualify for a refund. So basically I am out $200 for something I can’t use. Also the dosage is 7.35 units no clear milligram listed on the prescription. This place is RED FLAG central. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. RUN from this MLM
