We signed up for the program based on the demo. After finding out that it will take almost 2 months to get it up and running running. We asked to terminate the contract and even pay 50%. They are refusing to terminate. Be very careful and put in an escape clause when dealing with this company.

The Xilo team has been amazing to work with. Every person we have spoken to has been great. Our training sessions are engaging and fun. We look forward to a bright future with Xilo!

Honestly XILO I loved it. They told me $180 a month and everything. But at the end when I got into a meeting a few days ago they told me it’s a minimum of 6-10 users which 1 user cost 180 a month which would be reasonable. It would be a good roi if an agency had a huge amount of volume but it’s really not worth it. Like a water fall of leads a day. Usually I do pilot programs for my insurance agency before going all out but they make you immediately lock in a contract before you try it out yourself it’s a 12 month program like no thank you. Also get more enthusiastic reps Xilo thank you.

I manage several websites using this quoting tool. Easy to implement with a copy-and-paste script. The Xilo team is extremely helpful when working through issues on antiquated websites. Excellent communication and fast response times.
