Comcast has the worst service and support on the planet. I am experiencing my monthly outage. When I call Comcast I hear a message and the call disconnects. When I try to chat with an agent all I get is questions and no live agent. I signed up for xfinity mobile to use the hotspot when I have no service. The hotspot will not connect. My work phone has AT&T service. I can connect to the AT&T hotspot. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT USE COMCAST!!!!!!!!!

This is the most garbage provider of mobile service in existence. The entire "customer support" dept is overseas, nobody can do anything. You wait on hold for over 30mins-1hr. I literally have not one good thing to say about them. When I finally attempted to cancel they continued to bill me for two additional months for two lines they were never able to port in successfully. Getting a refund on that took reaching out 5 times being disconnected, transferred, told it was a different dept etc. Just awful. The reps will put you "on hold" while they work out the issue, just so they don't have to be put onto another call. It should not take 30 mins of being on hold to have an $18 charge reversed.

I was given false information several times about the free iPhone and the monthly plan. I was told that my monthly bill for 1G of data would always be 15.00 because Xfinity had so many towers that it would be unlikely to lose data. The phone is only free if you keep service for six months which I was not told. I asked if it was prepaid and was told yes. My bill was so high each month. I disconnected my service about a month ago, and I paid them a past due balance of $54.00 which is only supposed to be $30.00 for unlimited data. The next few days they charged my account $82.00, and I haven't had service with them for over a month now. They can't explain why they charged me $82. All the previous bills were paid, and the service has been disconnected for over a month. They refuse to give me a refund so I have to go through my bank. Xfinity Mobile is so crooked. They need to be shutdown.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I would not recommend this company to anyone. No one is able to help. Phone call after phone call, department after department, disconnections, it is literally the worst service I have ever received. Stay away!

Xfinity Mobile is unethical. I had both T-Mobile and Xfinity bc I needed two numbers and wanted to give Xfinity Mobile a try. They charged me for data I used while using my T-Mobile SIM card/service bc they said the phone was registered to them and it didn't matter that I was using the T-Mobile SIM card/service and they would still charge me. In addition all the reps are in another country with limited understanding of the English language. They are also rude. You get what you pay for so save yourself grief and stay away. They say they use Verizon's network but I find that hard to believe bc my service was subpar at best even in urban areas. Horrid experience and they could care less to make things right. I immediately cancelled the Xfinity Mobile service. Terrible experience.

NEVER switch to Xfinity Mobile! Worst experience ever. Switched from Tmobile who I had been with for 20 year only because of how good the guy said it is. Can't even connect to the network! Hours on the phone with these non english speakers trying to make it work. Ridiculous!!

Worst company ever never should have ever switched

Horrible experience. Call outside the country with someone who lies to you and says problem is fixed then just transfers you. They didn't even know what date it is, couldn't get a straight answer. Awful
