We do try to be up front and let customers know that we are unable to take back worn and used items. It sounds like this is a warranty issue, rather than a return issue, as returns are for new items, within the 30 day timeframe as posted here: https://www.xeric.com/a/returns We're still happy to send a brand new crystal and batteries as discussed. Please let us know where you would like those shipped and we'll get them out as soon as possible!

Hi Jefta! Thanks for providing our team with feedback. We'd be happy to hear more about your experience if you wanted to email our team at [email protected]. It looks like your mystery watch was received within a week so perhaps it wasn't an issue with delivery. The mystery watches can be a gamble. We have some small production pieces that are one of a kind, and other items that were part of previous collections. They are definitely worth more than the price, and we do welcome the feedback. Mystery items can be hit or miss but we always ALWAYS appreciate the support!

Hey John, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, purchasing items from a third party unauthorized dealer voids any sort of warranty coverage. Pawn shops, eBay and other bidding sites will often sell items as new, or like-new, without the original purchase information. They have a responsibility to let their customers know up front that warranty information is not provided. If you do purchase a Xeric product directly from our site, or authorized retailer, we are happy to honor the warranty. If you have additional questions, you can contact our team at [email protected]

Hey Tomas! We've reviewed your information and correspondence. Unfortunately, the courier was unable to provide further updates about the package. The did inform us that the item had shipped, but occasionally an item will go without updated tracking and still end up being delivered. Regardless, we did have our Route Package Protection reach out and refund your shipment. We're still keeping an eye on the tracking, just in case it does finally get delivered. Thanks for being so patient while we tried to resolve your shipment issue!

Hey Chuck, Rest assured, no scams here. Unfortunately, the holidays are the busiest time of the year for shipments. All couriers are heavily delayed and they do still use the old COVID excuse. That's actually why we added insurance to the checkout process. Route Package Protection offers full refunds and replacements for lost and damaged shipments. Additionally, we do offer UPS as a shipping method, which covers your package up to $200 in most cases. If you opted out of the insurance, we always try to offer something to help compensate for the loss. We do apologize and appreciate your feedback. The post office notified us that the item was delivered to the address on file just a few days after this review. So hopefully you were able to received that shipment. Hey Alex, Thanks for the review. It looks like we had replaced your shipment and it was delivered a few weeks after writing this review. Please let us know how you like that timepiece and leave some feedback on the watch! We do always try to replace Kickstarter shipments if they are lost of damaged. Last year was not the best year with shipping couriers worldwide and COVID.
