As previously mentioned, opening a chargeback or claim while your item is in transit will further delay the shipment, and could cause it to be returned to sender. Hey Terry! Sorry to hear about the issues with your order. Our team sent over an email regarding your order. You would need to apply any current promotions to your cart at checkout, prior to finalizing your order to receive discounts or additional free promotional items. We also offered a preorder discount that was not applied when you checked out. We're happy to refund back the original discount offer if you wanted to keep the watch. Or we can assist you with a full return/refund. Unfortunately, this item was impacted my additional customs delays. Since we shipped from the US, international shipping also takes a little longer. Hey Tim! I'm sorry to hear about the troubles. Depending on the model we did send out some email blasts with delays. I think some of those end up hitting the spam and junk folders most of the time though :( I'd be happy to look up your order and offer an additional discount on future purchases. Hey Dan! Thanks for you review! I'm sorry to hear you're not getting our emails. It looks like our last correspondence was to request a return shipping address. The watch has been tested and keeping time in our HQ office. Could you please double check your SPAM/junk folder in case our messages are being filtered out on your end? Hey Mathieu, Thanks for leaving a review. We do always have expedited services on the site if you preferred not to use standard shipping. But unfortunately, the free standard international shipping does take between 14-28 business days as it ships through normal postal services. I do hope you are enjoying your new strap!
