XenonHIDs.comReviews of xenonhids.com

This is the only company where I have to go out of my way to find a place to review them. I placed an order of HID high beam and they were quick to create a label awaiting USPS pick up. A month later its still awaiting for pick up. I contacted the company and it took 5 emails back and forth to finally get an update and they said the item was out of stock and have to place another order. I’m still waiting for my refund. Their shopper approved rating is fake you can’t even leave a review with that website. This company is a scam based in Castro Valley California. They only accept paypal payments for a reason.

Horrible company. I ordered HID bulbs and ballasts listed for my Explorer, they were completely wrong. It was a major hassle to get them to start a return and even though the parts are listed as compatible (but were not), they are still charging a 20% restock fee. Insane. To make it worse, you need to provide them a tracking number or they won't issue a refund. Well, I lost the tracking number. Even though I shipped the package to their facility, including an RMA slip in the box, apparently they can't locate it?! This is not a reputable company. Stay away.

items is not working why we need to pay for shipping fee ship back and 20% restore fee?poor services. do not order from here, do not waste your money.

Shipped fairly quickly, wrong configuration for my vehicle. Tried contacting them via email, only option, no response. Not a reputable company imo. Beware!

I was sent the wrong lights and now I am finding out that there is NO customer service. They don't respond to email and they don't ever answer the phone. If anything goes wrong this company does NOT stand behind their product. I have had to file a dispute with paypal and they still ignore me. Never again!

I had placed an order for a kit and didn't receive any tracker for 3 weeks so I called to cancel and they told me it will ship this week although I told them to cancel because the site says ships in 24-48 hours not 22 days. so I ordered LASfit from amazon and got it next day. a week later after 4 weeks from my order date I received the kit from xenon and had to pay $20 to send it back. These people refused to cancel it after I notified them its 3 weeks late and I no longer need it and they still sent it on purpose to make me pay for shipping back for canceling.

Still owe me LEDs from 2019

I feel compelled to write a review as I don’t normally 0 I would. First of all their ratings on their website are fake and generic. Phone system is no functioning. Emailed multiple times to cancel order and to speak to someone but order was sent anyway. Now I had to return items at my expense. Absolutely terrible company
