Ordered 11 days ago. Items not shipped and company isn’t responding to my requests for status.

This company is a SCAM! They never shipped my lights and never replied to an email inquiry, but they had no problem charging my card. They will be out of business soon.

First I would say that I would leave a negative stars review if I could! These people are crooks! Try to call their phone number. I purchased LED headlights. I was assured they would be a perfect fit. They did not fit so I requested an RMA and was granted an RMA#. I shipped the product back at my expense and it was refused. All further communications have ceased and they are "radio silent". A BBB complaint was filed and the BBB reports that they do not get a response from this company.

Costumer satisfaction my butt order my lights 10-22-24 with 2 to 3 day shipping as of 10-30-24 still haven't got them tried to email or call them no response

Copy and paste what everyone has said. I ordered bulbs and they immediately created a label but never shipped them and now they won't return my money. I should've checked reviews first.

Definitely run from these people ---SCAM SCAM SCAM they billed me for the light kit and never sent it . their phones are not in service . Their reviews on their website are all fake as they are a 4.7... I will be contacting the attorney general and BBB.

This site is a scam. Has been a month and tracking still sais label created and they refuse to cancel order and refund my money

I wish I had found this site before ordering! They withdrew my money and sent an email saying the lights I ordered were back ordered. Not listed on their website that way! I also found that you CAN NOT review from their site. I have tried to look up a way to review them and this is the only one I found! I’m calling my bank and stopping the payment. Using fraud protection.
