TERRIBLE experience. It is nothing but ebay products wrapped in a pretty website. Terrible customer service. They claim a lifetime warranty but you have to wait two weeks for them to process the claim. Less than a year and I have had a headlight go out twice. Complete, low quality junk. DO NOT BUY!

Customer service non-existent! Chat line is a joke, just used by them to avoid dealing with you. Government should take action.

I ordered bulbs in November. They didn't ship out the correct harness to fit my car. They said they would do that (December 20th). Never received them, even after "chatting" with their customer department 6-7 times. Its been 7 weeks since they promised to send out the correct connector, and nothing. I want to return bulbs for a full refund, but they won't contact me. I get a standard "we will escalate" But still nothing. Never buy from this company. Doubt they are a real company anyway.

Worst customer service on the internet. Can not contact by phone, always overloaded with calls, just an excuse so they don’t have to help you. Email contact only, will take three days or more before they return comment. Lifetime warranty is crap, they won’t return your emails so no service is available. Don’t buy from these fools

Purchased LED light kit and cancelers but they have never shipped despite receiving 2 different tracking numbers for the post office, neither has ever been handed to the post office. I have used chat several times and been assured someone would call, but never received a call. I have called, however you just sit on hold and the are disconnected. I have opened multiple tickets and NOT one has been responded to. I am out $140 and there is noone to talk to.

Worst customer service ever. Went to their website and pick the car lights according to the year of the car using their wesite program . received the lights , which were not exactly the lights for the car . call customer service send them photos regarding the lights they indicated to me that I was looking at the fog lights, Iam not a car expert however I know what are head lights. Customer service representative couldn't tell the difference between fog lights and headlights even With a photo provided. they informed me to return the lights back and took weeks to refund me my money back. had to get my credit card company involved. I should have known that this was a bad business when you call them up exactly at 9 AM and you get a message that they are over whelmed with phone calls however if you go to their website under chat they will talk to you. They seemed to have time to talk on the chat line instead of picking up the phone. This is their way to avoid from people telling them their complaints over the phone.

Stay away! These people don’t know their stuff. I was told everything were going to fit perfectly a true plug n play...... turn out non of it fits with the factory components. Not to mention I’ve chatted online and called to double confirm fitment. The refund process is even worse, you have to fill out this what they called RMA form in order to initiate the process, no instructions no response nothing.......the online chat person is useless don’t bother at all
