To be honest when my husband first told me about this program I was like it’s just going to another program like the ones we be trying, but no Xenious Spartan Coaching is legit and realistic. I was not giving a list of groceries or meals to eat, instead we were given knowledge and advice. Me and my husband have learned so much through this program which is Realistic and sets realistic goals for everyone. Coaches are always keeping an eye out to make sure you are not slacking and motivating us. I recommend this program to everyone you will see results and learn so much!!

Accidentally i got into Xeniosfitness, but then I never felt y I got in. The program worths every penny and simply amazing.. The induction of the program starts with detailing each n every basic about gain n loss of fat, mass, nutritions, vitamins, diet, do n don't etc which develops our confidence.... tailored fitness program for every individual. Weekly calls, as well individual calls if requested.. Moreover, my favourite part is, the coaches won't let us to rest. Very closer followup of our activities and keep on pushing us. Coaches are friendly n knowledgeable as well strict... The standalone app with every necessary fitness tools, backend tracking, exercise library, possibilities of various activity tracking, sync with my fitness pal, smart watches, frequent upgrades, easiness in customising our own plan.. etc it's really amazing.. Simple n friendly platform. Simply, Xeniosfitness is amazing and remarkable... Worth for everyone regardless of age, gender n expertise.....

I absolutely love working with my coach. He gives me details on my workout, what to eat and count calories along with a video if you have questions regarding one of the exercises. This is definitely something everyone who is looking to improve themselves should check into .

I’m software engineer who heavily sitting in front of computer all day long. I have been with many programs before but all of them will ask you to be on strictly diet and being a foodies person, eventually I didn’t enjoy those programs in long run. I highly value Xenios’s program, approach and supports! In just a few months on Xenios’s program, I’ve managed to strip off some fat while enjoy eating anything, motivating to stay fit and able to go to gym working out by myself without a personal trainer! Highly recommend.

I started my journey with 1 video call in November. I really appreciated how personal and honest the call was, as well as with the information. The learning module prior to beginning gave me the perspective and knowledge of what i was about to embark on. Once started, i found it refreshing that it was not a get-fit-quick scheme. Nice, steady, with results! This program is truly a 'what you put in is what you get.' The coaches and owner are constantly keeping me focused at what the tasks are. You'll quickly find how enjoyable this is. I've tried all types of fad diets and programs that promise ..but this is way different than those....and it teaches you! I feel I've made a friend as well as a coach/mentor! 5 stars isn't enough!

I just started the program, and Xenios is there every step of the way showing you how to understand your body with a regimen customized to your specifications. Here's the real value...Xenios outlines other areas of our life that need reevaluating and that's where the light bulb turns on. You begin to understand the triggers for your bad habits not directly related to food. His program is designed to sort out you personal issues and habits to clear a path for your fitness goals in life. I highly recommend this program to anyone who's sick and tired of being sick and tired. I recommend this to anyone who's jaded by other programs that didn't provide the necessary support they needed. I've been through several programs in my life and Xenios Fitness is the first of it's kind. I look forward to an amazing transformation. Stay tuned.

The support and encouragement that xenios fitness provides is next to none. Xenios and his staff are very caring for their clients. It's great that they can be reached at any time and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. As a beginner they have helped me build a better understanding of fitness and have helped me overcome my fears of working out. They truly care for me and I feel as if I'm part of a family.

It has been a pleasure working with Xenios and his team! They teach you not to give up things, simply manage them and yourself better! When I started in March I had hit 231lbs and the most sedentary I’ve ever been! Just having the support and watching what amounts I eat, and starting to exercise more I have lost 20lbs. Just in doing the home workouts I can feel myself gaining strength and endurance! There is no shaming or “add-ons” that suddenly appear, the community supports and you can participate as little or as much as you want! Incredible experience that trains you to be a trainer!
