I started at 220lbs and I’m 5'7, dealing with constant knee pain and feeling tired all the time. With these health issues weighing me down, I knew I needed a plan that would not only help me change my physique but also improve my overall health. That’s when I decided to give this program a shot. One of the things that really stood out to me from the beginning was the comprehensive blood test they did right at the start. It’s honestly the only program I’ve found that does something like this. They tailored everything specifically to me based on those results, which made me feel confident that I was getting exactly what my body needed. Another huge thing for me was figuring out how to eat better and include foods that would boost my health. And it worked—I feel stronger, have more energy, and I didn’t have to give up my favorite foods. Learning how to balance everything has been a game changer. What really makes this program stand out is the 1-on-1 support. I have weekly sessions with my coach, and they’re always available when I need them. XeniosFitness really works with your schedule, which is a huge plus for me. Overall, it’s been a great experience from start to finish. The team at Xenios is super helpful, explaining everything clearly and guiding me through the whole process. If you’re looking to get healthier and feel better, I definitely recommend this program. It’s worth it.

Working with Xenios has been an incredible experience. I came to him stressed about my blood work, and my doctor kept pushing medications on me for cholesterol and other issues. But after going through my 52 biomarkers in detail, Xenios gave me a whole new perspective on my health. He broke everything down clearly, explaining what each marker meant and why I didn’t need to go on statins right away. That alone was a huge relief! We focused on some key areas, especially my heart health, and he gave me a plan with practical lifestyle changes that actually fit my life. From adjusting my diet—like cutting out processed oils and increasing good fats like olive oil—to adding natural supplements, his advice was easy to follow and made sense. He even pointed out that some of my results, like my testosterone, were way better than I expected, which was reassuring. What makes Xenios different is how much he cares about avoiding unnecessary medications. He’s not just telling me what to do, he’s helping me understand my health in a way my doctor never did. I’m already feeling more confident and in control of my health. If you’re tired of doctors pushing pills and want real, natural solutions, I highly recommend working with Xenios. He’s the real deal, and I’m so glad I found him."

I am a guy in my mid-50s, I wanted to gear up for the next 30 years and knew my health needed a boost. My diet wasn’t great, and I was looking for something that could fit into my busy lifestyle. The idea of combining data-driven analysis with remote coaching seemed like the perfect solution—and it was! There were some surprises in my health data that even had my doctor raising an eyebrow, and other things, like my cholesterol, were pretty much what I expected. But the bottom line? It gave me that extra push to finally make some changes. Xenios and his team worked everything around my home gym and my sometimes chaotic schedule, which was awesome. Plus, their tech made it super easy to track progress and stay on top of things. The ‘accountability coach’ was a game-changer too. Knowing someone else had eyes on my progress made me think twice before reaching for that Snickers bar! All in all, the experience has been fantastic. I’ve been dropping a pound a week, and my body fat percentage has taken a serious dive. If you’re trying to juggle work, travel, and health goals, I can’t recommend Xenios’ program enough. It works!

I’ve always prioritized health and fitness, but I never quite saw the visual results I was aiming for—until I joined the Spartan Coaching Program by Xenios. The blood work they did really opened my eyes to the fact that I had some serious gaps in my diet. As someone who follows a mostly vegan diet, I always assumed I needed a daily B-12 supplement. But to my surprise, the blood work revealed that I was actually overdoing it on the B-12, which was pretty eye-opening! The Spartan Coaching Program helped me streamline my nutrition and gave me a clear map to follow based on my specific goals. Thanks to this, I was able to shed some body fat and build muscle—exactly what I’ve been striving for in my fitness journey. Seeing those positive changes was incredibly motivating. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience. I was already putting in the work, but having a structured program and someone like Xenios dedicated to guiding me made all the difference. If you’ve got fitness goals, the Spartan Coaching Program can definitely help you reach them.

I started this program without any major health concerns, just the typical weight gain after menopause. I was curious to see what was going on with my body, so I decided to try out the blood test. It gave me peace of mind, confirming that my weight gain was indeed due to menopause, with no hidden health issues. The personalized nutrition plan blew me away! I’ve tried so many programs before, but this one was different—it was truly tailored to me. I learned so much about macros, and my personal coach was a gem. He taught me which foods to avoid, and his support made all the difference. This wasn’t your usual cookie-cutter approach; it was designed just for me, and that made all the difference. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about my coach. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always there to answer my endless questions, and constantly cheering me on. What really impressed me was the direct access to Xenios himself. Both he and my coach are genuinely passionate about their clients’ success, and it shows in everything they do. I’m still on my fitness journey with Xenios Fitness because this program is hands down the best I’ve ever tried (and believe me, I’ve tried many). If you’re looking for a program that truly cares about you and your goals, this is it. They won’t disappoint you!

Working with Xenios has been a game-changer for my health. When my doctor advised me to start taking statins due to high cholesterol, I was hesitant and sought an alternative. That is when I found Xenios, and I am so glad I did because it has been an exceptional experience. Xenios provided a comprehensive analysis of my blood work, evaluating 54 different biomarkers.  He explained everything in a clear, understandable manner—far superior to the explanations I have ever received from traditional medical professionals. Through his guidance, I learned that by making strategic dietary changes, such as incorporating olive oil and eating more Whole Foods and cutting back on carbs, I could manage my cholesterol without the need for medication. In addition to addressing my cholesterol, Xenios looked at my entire health picture and gave me practical, easy-to-follow advice tailored to my lifestyle. From dietary tweaks to the right type of exercise to reduce inflammation, he provided solutions that felt achievable and effective.
