From the very beginning, I was impressed by how responsive and professional the support agent was. The entire interaction was smooth and efficient, and I felt like they were genuinely committed to resolving my problem. What stood out the most was how quickly they understood my issue. After I explained the problem, the support agent immediately reassured me that they could assist. They identified the root cause of the problem and helped me resolve it. In short, the xCloud chat support team was incredibly helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. They exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend using their chat service if you ever need assistance!

Having experienced some terrible support from a UK based web host (recently taken over by a global brand) I've moved some sites over to xCloud as a test. I've always been wary of hosting companies that only offer chat and no phone support, but I did have a glitch during migration and xCloud's support was fast, responsive, and fixed my issue quickly....far quicker than getting through to the so-called telephone support of my soon to be "old" hosting company.

I got a great early bird deal for xCloud and have been very happy with it ever since. It’s a fantastic platform, and the developers are continuously improving and expanding it. The support is also excellent—you never have to wait long for a response. Thumbs up!

Never thought I'd get excited about a hosting company, but here I am. xcloud.host has got me writing my first review ever. Remember that meme "fast as f... boy"? That's how I feel every time I load one of my sites now. It's almost comical how quick they are. What really gets me though is how they've taken the stress out of scaling. Used to break into a cold sweat thinking about traffic spikes. Now? I actually look forward to them. Crazy, right? Their support team is something else too. Had a late-night panic , and these folks talked me off the ledge like old friends. No script-reading robots here - just real people who know their stuff. they're doing their darndest to change the game, and it shows. # Bye Cloudways.

xCloud was very easy to set up. and their customer service is top notch. I got myself into a bit of confusion installing mutisite for the first time and Florence helped me out quickly and even sent me a video of how to switch from site to site. They answered all my questions quickly before purchase as well and answer chat within just a couple minutes.

New customer here. xCloud has many features that my previous provider did not such a unique sftp per application, containerization of apps and magic login. UI is very good. Support helped me via live chat to help me get things set up that I was having trouble with.

My experience at xCloud has been a breath of fresh air. Its easy to detect the sincerity and spirit of customer service that this company operates in. I have been searching for a control panel that fits me, will help with all the tasks related to hosting and has a user friendly experience. xCloud seems to check all of those boxes. There is a lot of trust in the team behind this product. A track record means something and they have it. I special shout out to Cassandra and Sheri for being patient with me as I was onboarding and learning the system. Their kindness and support answering all my questions was a big reason I felt I was ready to join the team. I am excited knowing I can build my business and use this great product to help power my needs!
