xCloud has been absolutely amazing. They have the best customer support of any hosting company out there. They are always so helpful and quick to find solutions that work. The platform is evolving quickly as they constantly add new features. I have begun migrating my servers from other hosts to xCloud and so far it has been a great experience. I am very excited that they also have other apps beyond WordPress that can be installed easily such as N8N. I highly recommend xCloud to anyone that has a lot of websites or servers they manage. It gives peace of mind knowing there is a technical team available to help with the toughest problems like when a site goes down and you can't figure out how to get it working again. This happened today, and they were on it right away and got things working again quickly. Resizing the server was quick and easy as well using their panel tools. I'm very impressed with xCloud support and the xCloud panel tools. I am a very happy customer. Today Margarita was there to assist, recently Linda and Cassandra were there when I needed support. Everyone I have worked with at xCloud has been truly awesome!

It's day 3 after I switched hosting to xcloud, and even though there were a few hiccups, as there probably will be when you transfer multiple sites, their support from Jack and Cassandra was amazing. I am not a technical person and do not have any background, so it was really a lifesaver that they are just there to help you when things go south. Finally getting around to writing a long-overdue review of xcloud.host. Honestly, they’ve been nothing short of amazing - 5/5, highly recommended. I was a little hesitant to move away from my Cloudways managed hosting, but I decided to switch over to a Vultr/Xcloud setup, and I couldn’t be happier. The service is stellar, and they keep rolling out new features. I even suggested one myself, and they actually built and released it, how cool is that? The sites are blazing fast, and the dashboard is hands down the best I’ve used.
