Top notch support all the time!

Just signed up for xCloud. I began with the Lite plan to checkout the UI. It became clear - within minutes - that they've created a first class interface and through through all the relevant flows associated with creating and maintaining common apps like Wordpress, n8n, etc. I upgraded to the Growth plan and have migrated by entire server from Cloudways. All my Wordpress admin areas are also significantly faster - something which was important to me. I'm saving money, and actually enjoy managing my server now. Thanks, xCloud!

Excellent product for managing VPS.

Beyond impressed with XCloud Our agency hosts over 1000 websites, and have used several cloud providers in the past. None of them are close to offering the level of support and customer care that XCloud provide. You get a response from an actual person, not an AI within minutes when you contact them, with actual useful solutions to issues. I would highly recommend XCloud to anyone, the price is right, and the support is top tier. 10/10

I've switched over to xcloud from Cloudways and other VPS and needless to say I am SO HAPPY of the decision. I run an media agency hosting multiple Wordpress websites and other open source apps. The consistent amount of security updates, new feature releases, and support is genuinely insane. I've been very satisfied and will be sticking around for years to come!

We've just moved 118 sites to XCloud and I'm blown away by both the features available and the innovation each and every month. Our previous provider, locked these features into their premium plans, but with XCloud everyone gets them - Magic Login, CloudFlare integration, WAF, etc. They're releasing new features each and every month.

Fast and technically precise support. AGAIN! Before moving our WordPress site from staging to the live domain, I sent six detailed questions about the push: URL replacement, selected tables, protected files, logs. The answer came in minutes, point by point. It was honest about what the push does not do and gave practical advice on how to handle each case safely. My follow-up question about Magic Login got an equally quick and clear clarification, including a fallback procedure. Exactly the kind of support you want before a go-live. I'm happy that I found xcloud.host - feeling save & secure!
