Xchange TicketsReviews of xchangetickets.com

I posted 1 ticket to sell for England v Argentina and 7 tickets for Tonga v Ireland. None of them sold and I received no communication at all. Furthermore my ticket for the Argentina game had been taken by someone, as confirmed by friends who I was going to be at the game with

We bought our tickets for Ireland v Tonga in Nantes the morning of the match. A few hours later we were emailed by someone at xchange tickets to say that the seller that we bought from did not have the tickets available anymore but would we like to receive tickets from a different seller in the same catergory seating…I replied yes and within 30 mins or so, the tickets were emailed to me and everything worked out perfectly. We were delighted with our seats and the whole experience was fantastic! We will definitely get our last minute tickets for matches from this site going forward

I bought a ticket to a rugby world cup match in Paris on the day of the match. It took a few hours for the ticket to come through, but it did and everything went well. The website kept me informed throughout on the progress of the purchase.

Just so everyone knows, "Xchange Tickets" is NOT the same company as the "theXchange". theXchange is a completely different company that focuses on EDM and Festivals in the United States. Xchange Tickets is primarily focused on events in Europe.

Avoid. Sold tickets and now been three weeks and still not been sent payment. Phone number of website just rings out, chat function is useless and email not responded to. No address on website as in the process of raising a small claims case against this firm. 26/01/2023, updated as finally company got back to me. Standby the fact that their telephone number is useless and just rings out and their online chat function and agents are not fit for purpose. Leave conversations half answered and so you do not know if they have actioned your request or not. Nor do they follow up with you. Was previously a 1 star but have given it 2 star as they did respond to the email. 31/01/2023 - Will not be removing this review as standby what I said. Your customer services is the worst I have ever experienced. You do not inform the seller of what action you are taking and only after chasing do you finally respond. Your website is so poor, you can’t even get to the account function without having to navigate a number of complex options. Woefully and hopelessly company in my opinion and not to be used.

I've booked a London New Years Eve Fireworks ticket and I've got it genuine and on time ; customer support (sales and dispatch teams) respond quickly to additional questions too, making this site a good choice for everyone in search for much desired ticket.

Please avoid this company at all costs! I exchanged 2 lots of 2xT20 World Cup tickets, was notified they had been resold and to date i have not received payment. This is a SCAM, avoid at all costs!!

Awesome service
