We have booked two tickets from xchange…
We have booked two tickets from xchange website for India vs Bangladesh with order number 350220023 but we didn't get the tickets we are waiting for the refund..

Dear Srikanth Racherla, we are very sorry for your negative experience as the seller of your tickets did not supply tickets for your order. We noticed that you have booked tickets just 3-4 hours before before the event. We would advise early booking in the future to avoid such situations where sellers are unable to provide tickets few hours before the event. FULL REFUND was already issued and it may arrive back on your card within 7-10 working days. Apologies once again.

Deception and fraud
The tickets did not arrive before the cricket event (India vs Bangladesh). The terms and condition state the tickets will arrive 24-48 hours before the event. It is now 1 hour before the event and I still do not have the tickets. I can’t leave and make my way there because, I don’t know if I will have tickets or not. I’m taking my 5 year old son so can’t risk standing outside. The terms and conditions also state the company provide an 100% Refund to the buyer if the seller is unable to dispatch/provide tickets timely before the event, which is the case. When I asked for a refund, the company hung up and they did not answer the phone again after a series of calls. Appears to be a fake ticket selling site so I would avoid at all cost. I’ve contacted my credit card company and reported it as fraud.

I have Booked 4 Tickets for the India…
I have Booked 4 Tickets for the India Bangladesh Match and was done 24 hrs.I still havent got my ticket inspite of paying high ticket price.The customer service is pathetic and they come with only one reply...Your ticket will be delivered before the event starts. Would never recommend this website to anyone.....

We could not trace your order however few sellers with us did not provide us the tickets for BAN v IND match as they sold them on very low price even lesser than face value. We had to cancel and refund in full those particular order. Apologies once again! Thanks

I have bought ticket for Bangladesh vs…
I have bought ticket for Bangladesh vs india match of icc champions trophy five days ago. Tomorrow is the match. But still i don’t get my ticket. It's the worst platform. Even price also high. Same ticket i bought from another site with very lower price.

Dear Riad Hossain, As per record, your e-tickets were sent to you on 19 Feb around 9pm UAE time (a day before the event). They were sent to you immediately after we received them from the sellers. Prices are set by the sellers and we do not have any control over them. Prices are sometimes higher and sometimes lower than face value. Many Thanks

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor. I am the seller of the event icc champions trophy. I uploaded the tickets before 14 hours and the event starts tomorrow, and still now I didn’t get any acknowledgment from the xchange ticket team. How can i be at peace ? Still now I didn’t get any assurance that my duties are completed and i can wait for my payment relaxed. This is frustrating really.
