It was amazing
It was amazing - we got the tickets as promised but only 1 day before the game - India NZ semi final - One has to be patient and sometimes you may get worried but they always reassure u and in the end the match was great and tickets arrived well on time - thank you xchange tickets

Ticket did not arrive on time
I purchased one ticket on spur or the moment for the sidemen charity match in Wembley on 8.3.25. They have just sent the ticket through 17 hours before the match after complaining on the website. I was unsure whether they would send the ticket through or not. I live 5 hours from the venue and have now cancelled my transport and accommodation as was unsure if I would actually receive the ticket or not. I have tried all week to contact via phone...no answer. Very very disappointed.

This aligns with our terms and conditions, which state that tickets may, in some cases, be delivered just 4-12 hours prior to the event. We apologize if the timing did not meet your expectations. However, the ticket was sent at the same time it was received from the seller—approximately 17 hours before the event. Additionally, we have noted that you sold a ticket on our platform on 8th March (a day before the event) and supplied it to the buyer nearly 24 hours before the event. Seller payment for this transaction has now been processed. I was a little worried about getting…
I was a little worried about getting tickets for such a high-demand sold out match, but the service exceeded my expectations. Tickets were delivered 6 hours before the match though i ordered a day before, and customer support was very helpful.

Do NOT use
Absolute scam, do not use. Tried selling some tickets and was told to email telling them when I would receive them. I emailed to let them know it would be a week before the event. I received no confirmation they received my email. Got closer to the time of the event so I tried calling them, no answer at all, it just rang out. I did this multiple times over multiple days. I even tried emailing again but there was yet again no response. Definitely do not use this company to buy or sell tickets.

Hi Millie Crosby, your tickets were sold on 15th Feb 2025 for an event on 8th March 2025. We received your email on 19th Feb 2025 where you opted to sell tickets to your friend on higher price, then on 20th February you have changed your mind again. FYI we would contact you only when we may start receiving e-tickets from other sellers of the same event 3-5 days before the event as e-tickets need to be sent or transferred to the customer of your ticket sales only 24-72 hours before the event. Your ticket sale is cancelled upon your request now and would be fulfilled by another seller. Apologies for the delayed response. All the best. Many Thanks
