Ordered the “bolt on” kit for a 1966 eldorado, the kit wasn’t so bolt on has some issues with the controller and fitment, however Chris was an amazing help and a class act stand up up dude. Has been helping me along the way and haven’t left me high and dry. Great Company!

Be careful what you’re purchasing. I purchased their upper and lower control arm lift kit for my truck. After having missing parts in my shipment, bushings fail on install, and having my vehicle down for multiple days, no alignment shop will touch my truck, as there is no proper way to adjust them. Customer service is responsive and somewhat helpful but unfortunately the product just doesn’t meet the standard and now I’m out thousands of dollars.

Ordered 9 days ago and still hasn't shipped. No answer with messaging or calling. Edit: while getting ahold of them takes some time, they explained their situation and within a few days, is being delivered. You should put that those are cut to order on the description. I was under the assumption that were stocked. But all is well.

Hello Mike, We are very sorry for the misunderstanding and delay. Your order should be processed out of the manufacturing department very soon as we have been a bit delayed in production. Please consider revising your 1 star review as we thrive to keep our customer service position in the industry and these sort of reviews are a bit hurtful. The explanation as to the delay and the reason behind this will always be available to the customers checking on the review but the star rating is extremely diminished. Thank you. Chris

We shipped your order and UPS is investigating your shipment because they lost it and you leave us bad feedback? Can you explain why? We were responsive to your emails and are working to find or replace your order. What have we done to create such a bad experience here? We have also sent you status updates with shipping information but it is likely in your spam folder.
