The 1987-1998 F250/F350 plug&play air suspension kit was far from "plug and play". After several rounds of having to remake front and rear bag mounts, there are still fitment issues that require cutting/rewelding mounts and purchasing of additional hardware. The red flag should have been the fact that the kit did not include instructions or a parts list, and they could not produce either when asked several times. This kit has been taken down from their web site.

Talked with someone one the phone and then ordered parts for my d100 on March 5 2025. Now nothing. Phone is shut off. Sphere fly they’ve declared bankruptcy and I’m out $1200. I think they knew they were going out of business and took my money anyway.

I’ve placed an order with X2 since January and I haven’t gotten any confirmation from them nor can I get a hold of them I’ve emailed them I’ve called them and no one answered I’ve paid over 3K for a air ride kit now it seems like they went out of business because even their website is blank.

I ordered a ride parts in January so when April rolled around, I couldn’t wait any longer so I called to get a refund. They told me no problem they would process a refund. It’s been a week and now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone and I still don’t have a refund

They sent out the complete wrong parts, do not order from them they have no clue what they are selling. When the parts arrived, they were just some random parts nothing to do with my vehicle. Jason at X2 did send and email on August 16th for a full refund, the parts were sent back to them a week prior August 13th. I sitll have not received my refund and my bank shows nothing pending, it has now been 11 business days and Jason has not responded to 2 of my email requests.

Very informative. Always kept me in the loop with any or all updates. Shipped on a timely matter. Awesome company to do business with in the future.

The kit is over priced for the quality of the parts. I had received multiple wrong parts until I got ones that were close enough to make work. Nothing fit, I had to cut multiple brackets apart to reweld them. A bunch of missing hardware and no instructions or packing list to know what you're supposed to get. While they have sent me new parts to replace the wrong ones, they are not fast about it and you have to repeatedly call or you'll never get your stuff or tracking info.

I called once for question about all factory parts fitting. Phone call was quick , helpful. The spindles are actually a little short on the spindle length itself causing the cotter pin to barely fit after installing. The factory dust shield does not fit. Had to grind a little clearance off the back side of the brake caliper mounts for them to be square with the rotor. Had to shim one side of brake caliper mount also for clearance. Being a Tool and Die Maker it was no big deal for me. But overall a good quality spindle to use after overcoming a few things . Yes I would purchase again, Drop spindles are the best way to achieve lowering.
