Very nice people, I had misordered my part. They cought it rite away and fixed it for me no questions asked. They also took the time and answered any questions i had, even though i had already purchased from them. Most companys and people do not. I would definitely buy from them again.

Your product seems to be well made and your people , Zach and Jason, have been good to deal with, as in this project we have had many questions, returns and re-ordering involved. The only concern was no instructions, diagrams or part identification number to indentify placement of said parts ie; left, right side, up or down etc. were included. Made this project very time consuming and nerve racking to say the least. Admitting that we were ''first timers'' in this project, pictures, diagrams etc. I'm sure would be helpful to persons down the line. I would order from you again. Cliff,

Spent $900 for a custom set of A Arms for my Ford and they sent me the wrong ones. First set was for a 2WD when I ordered for a 4WD. They sent me a second set that had so much positive camber it was unusable. I took my vehicle to two separate shops and even bought and installed a $2000 lift to make these work but they still had too much positive camber. To make these A Arms work I would have needed to lift my vehicle 8 inches and run 37 inch tires, when I ordered them for a 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires (which I had already purchased) I have exhaustive emails with them explaining the problem but they take no responsibility for the problem.

I called back after quite some time after my purchase and got an actual person to talk to who was able to find my info and helped me with my situation. It was a very satisfying change from automated call centers.

Great communication and helpful. Would have been a five star but didn't get what I originally ordered because it was out of stock. But because of great communication and being helpful. We was able to get me something similar that worked. Would do business again.

Very helpful people I would definitely recommend them to anyone

Great product, expertise at what they do.

Ordering the kit was very simple. The rep on the phone was a huge help. Hopefully will receive the lowering kit soon
