Ordered my hats through Felix, and the customer service could not have been better. The mats came quickly, they are an outstanding addition to my Polaris Slingshot, and the customer service has been terrific. Felix even did a FaceTime video on a weekend morning to make sure we knew exactly how the mats went in. Highly recommend him and the mats.

These Mats ARE TRASH 🗑 I ordered my first set from Manicci and I had to wait a long time so I reached out to F1Mats via Instagram and inquired about their shipping time. They immediately began to speak badly about their competitor to me saying that Manicci was cheap and from China So I ordered a $400 set from them and quality was terrible I reached BACK out to them on ig letting them know “I got my mats with holes and incomplete seams” and they laughed at me literally I then reached out via their phone number and they said “The pictures you showed me is not even considered as an issue, those can easily be fixed and can really expect them to happen on the mats except for that hole that you are talking about I'm sure that it didn't happen on our side." I told them I didn’t have to lie This was my SECOND set purchased for a second SUV I bought But I did promise I would leave a very detailed review of my experience so here it is! Oh and Im going to attach photos of everything if I can! I also left this review on their Facebook post and ig post. Beware of companies with no where to leave a review!!!! Thaaaaaaaanks

I ordered mats for over 2 months now…they still have not shipped them citing that my vehicle is too new. My Bronco has been on the market almost 2 years! I have been given the run around and have not been offered a specific timeframe on when they will be shipped to date regardless of the many times I have asked for it…their phone number is not responding…I think this is all a FB scam.

Although you are right about the Bronco's availability in the market, but unfortunately unless several tests are made on the mats and quality control team approves the production the mats will not be released to our customers to avoid any fitting, design or quality concerns. As you can find now on our website the Bronco is available and we have been pleased with the feedback from our Bronco customers that our mission (Quality, Fitting and Satisfaction) has been accomplished. I bought a new set of laser cut precision’s fit mats for my new car for Christmas. These mats are terrible but the service after the sale is even worse. Couple things you should know before ordering 1. They will not arrive in the time they promise…mine took nearly 4 weeks additional 2. They do not fit precisely and are not laser measured 3. If you have a problem, plan on them ignoring you. My mats do not fit correctly. I sent countless messages by email and Instagram and after sending them multiple follow up photos describing the problems with the mats, I still have mats that do not fit and they have given no hope of resolution and stopped communicating with me..it is now late February 4. When you have a problem with the mats and they ignore you, you cannot return the mats for credit. Skip this company and look for someone with actual customer service and a quality product that they’ll stand behind.
