If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I should have gone with my instincts. The lack of reviews as well as the negative reviews on Reddit told me to beware, but I wanted these mats. LASER MEASURED, MY BUTT! They were cut wrong, had to overlap them in the middle of the Navigator, creating a trip hazard for passengers. We sent them back, even though they were taking a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. We shipped the package back, received tracking information that it had arrived at the country of origin, and they refused delivery. In fact, they shipped it back to us and kept all the money. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I read their response. We didn’t tell you?! Shall I cut and paste the many emails that went back and forth between us?
