Absolutely love these mat and great customer service. Highly recommend if you are looking at some custom mats to replace those cheap factory ones. They are easy to clean and hold up very well to wear.

Bought two sets
Update Nov 15 2024 Got a call from a professional young person. They stated that they will be sending me a replacement ASAP. This person stated that it was obvious that fabrication made a mistake.
Will update again if and when I receive the replacement/s.
Bought two sets: first was gray leather, fit perfect but gray was way to light.. pics appear darker, either way my mistake.
Second were black with red stitching. Everything fit except drivers side front. Appears that it was cut incorrectly and doesn’t reach plastic to place insert. Have photos and video .
It’s been a month now and keep getting g run around even after I sent video and photo.
They look great but doesn’t seem they are willing to accept they made a mistake and are not willing to make up for it.
Buyer beware. If they don’t fit right you’re stuck with them.
They get 2 stars instead of just 1 because the leather is good quality

I placed my order on 12AUG
I placed my order on 12AUG. I’ve been told 3 times they need to get the correct measurements!!! Why offer something that you don’t have measurements for. I’ve been emailing and told two weeks ago they would be shipped out over a week ago. Here we are in OCT and still no mats. No one answers the phone and never gotten a response from their chat option. I want a full refund at this point!!!!

I just wanted to give out my honest…
I just wanted to give out my honest review. I was hesitant at first to make the purchase but Drake my customer service representative provided me with some samples of what they have manufactured for the Cadillac Lyriq. I received the mats and they look stunning, unlike the Luxus or Weathertec mats that I purchased before. They fit Snug and the material is very durable. A huge shout out to X1Mats I appreciate ya'll, once my Kia Stinger is out from the shop I'll get in touch again!

Drake from X1Mats was excellent with customer service. Passenger Side did not fit correctly. Let Drake know and he took care of it for me. After I took some panoramic photos for him.
