I inadvertently put the wrong address on my order. I contacted customer service and they worked with me to solve the problem. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. When I received the boots I will leave an additional review.

I had been looking for boots for awhile then I saw someone raving about Wydr on IG and had to place an order. These arrived and I swear I have never seen a package so perfectly packed. It was neat and thoughtful, very well taken care of. The boots are perfection. I have wide feet and bunions and it is near impossible to find boots that fit. Not only did these fit but there were comfortable right away. New staple for sure!

I’ve always had wide feet and had resentfully accepted that I was never going to get to own any fashionable and comfortable shoes that fit me. Then came Wydr Studios. I anxiously awaited my first pair of boots and was thrilled to receive high-quality, comfortable, and cute boots that actually fit my extra-wide feet. I was then asked to be a tester for their mini Winter collection and became privy to just how much this company cares about their customers. I was able to be a voice for others in my wide footed boat and it was like a dream come true. I cannot wait to receive the second pair of boots I purchased through them and to see what other styles they come up with! I’m going to be a Wydr customer for life

I was a shoe tester prior to Wydr's official launch. From working with the women in charge to actually wearing and reviewing the boots, I had a great experience. The boots were wearable and comfy from the get go. I always struggle with medium width shoes being too tight and "wide" shoes being too big, but these were some Goldie locks "just right" across the girth of my foot. The size I was sent was half to a full size too big in length so I would size down that way, but the booties around the calf were stretchy and comfy, and the heels stayed comfortable even while on my feet all day in the classroom with students. Plus I got so many compliments on the aesthetics of the shoes, always a boost.

The shoes are soft, comfortable to wear and very fashionable. I love it.

I was a tester for Wydr shoes before their official launch. As someone who never wears heels, the heeled boots I tried were way more comfortable than any pair of heels I've ever worn. I have a lot of foot problems and most shoes are uncomfortable to wear. The toe box was nice and wide, it was spacious in the ankle and calf. I am excited for their launch, especially hoping they make the short cowboy boots in metallic fabric!

Easily the best pair of boots I have ever owned. The leather and the construction are so superior to anything else on the market right now. The way they fit my wide feet make them so comfortable that I wore them all day for a concert and would choose them again and again. As a plus size girl, I have a lot of trouble with comfortable shoes. I am so grateful that I was able to be apart of the pilot program because WYDR is really going to set the standard for wide shoes
