Unable to order a number of pairs to find the best fit. I have a very wide foot and high instep. I can't wear most shoes. I was excited to find this brand but their shipping and returns are too inflexible to even try. If I order more than one pair, I will get an exchange for any return. I don't want to keep exchanging pairs of shoes trying to see if one fits and not being able to compare them at the same time to see which works best. This rigidity is because of an "easter sale" that takes about $10 off per pair. I can't even remove the discount. Exchange only on sale items. I'm guessing there's always a sale to avoid accepting returns for a refund. I reached out to customer service. The did eventually respond but tried to evade my concern and make the exchange sound like a good thing. They said they do it this way because people take advantage and order several pairs. I can't speak for others, but for me I'm just trying to find the best fit for a specific style. They have two different loafers (one is a 2.0), so it's not like I'm going wild with lots of different shoes. They are trying to talk me into buying one pair at a time by guessing which "might" fit best. That's not how shoe shopping goes for me. As I'm sure most with wide feet. Meanwhile, they charge $10 shipping which is probably for each time they send a pair. And at the end of all those exchanges, what if none fits well? No refund. Or the pair I'd gotten 3 orders ago would be best in the end but I had to send it back for the exchange? Nothing short of infuriating really that I can't try on the shoes properly. Really disappointing because these shoes check all the boxes for me to try them on.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes. I have wide feet, but I am also a large bodied girl so my feet are also chunky. The loafers I could not even slide into, planned to return them, then took the padded insole out and I can actually wear them. All 3 pair seem to be well made. The sole material is something I have never seen before, almost like car tire material, I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. The shoe colors are unique and beautiful! The packaging was impressive. I hope I am right in saying the shoes are quality but it is too early to tell. Fingers crossed tho. I am willing to pay more for quality for sure.

Although I wasn’t able to get may package re delivered as soon as I informed you about it you apologized for the inconvenience and started my refund process right away. I initially bought my shoes with my regular size but quickly realized I needed to go down a size. I emailed WYDR support and they were responsive and gave me no issues with exchanging. The exchange process was easy for the most part, just printed the shipping label then dropped off at my local UPS. Got my exchange within a week of sending my initial pairs. I look forward to getting other shoes from them. They are comfortable and even when my feet swell, it doesn’t hurt.

The shoes are great but the customer service is unresponsive and chose a terrible carrier that I’d never heard of who also won’t respond. If you get the wrong order or your package is “undeliverable” best of luck because this company doesn’t care

My purchased shoes were a little too big in the back so I contacted customer support. They were amazing and quickly started the return process! Waiting for the properly sized pair now but I'm very happy with my first WYDR experience.

My shoes are gorgeous, fit well, and are comfortable! The items I purchased are true to the pictures and descriptions.

As a woman with wide feet, I have a lot of trouble finding comfortable, well-fitting footwear. I ordered a pair of winter ankle boots from Wydr, and I love them. They fit perfectly, are comfortable enough to wear in the office all day, and handle the snow and ice really well. Highly recommended for people with wide feet looking for quality and comfort.
