I like the style of the shoes. However as I have stated in the past the soles are not flexible and make walking in some of your shoes difficult and clunky.

I like the quality of the shoes. Although it took a bit for them to arrive, they’re perfect for what I need!

These shoes are amazing. They fit great, they look great and they feel great. Like seriously I'm so thrilled I've never had an actually comfortable pair of cute formal shoes. I am SOOO happy, customer service is top notch, they are so kind and helpful.

I needed to exchange a pair of shoes and they replaced them with a pair that feels great on my feet. The responses were a tad slow but if you're patient, the resolution should satisfy you.
