No Returns on Dog Beds
They have a no return policy for their dog beds! I received my senior dog’s new bed and set it up for him. He refuses to use it and I decided to contact them about returning it ($160!!). They said no returns and I could have a $25 discount. BUYER BEWARE!

Dear Veronica, We are so sorry that your new bed isn't working out exactly as you hoped.Because we do not offer a "buy and try" trial period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on large pet bedding items once they have been unpackaged. Due to the high costs of freight shipping and specialized restocking for oversized items, this policy is kept in place to keep our overall pricing fair for all customers. We do note this across our website prior to purchase to ensure transparency. If you are experiencing specific comfort issues, we would be happy to suggest alternative solutions such as specific mattress toppers or base adjustments that might help modify the feel of the bed to better suit your needs.
