I really appreciated being able to call and speak to a live person who could answer my question. Thank you for being so pleasant and professional. My pooch is loving her Noee Pet Cave, too.

No Returns on Dog Beds
They have a no return policy for their dog beds! I received my senior dog’s new bed and set it up for him. He refuses to use it and I decided to contact them about returning it ($160!!). They said no returns and I could have a $25 discount. BUYER BEWARE!

Dear Veronica, We are so sorry that your new bed isn't working out exactly as you hoped.Because we do not offer a "buy and try" trial period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on large pet bedding items once they have been unpackaged. Due to the high costs of freight shipping and specialized restocking for oversized items, this policy is kept in place to keep our overall pricing fair for all customers. We do note this across our website prior to purchase to ensure transparency. If you are experiencing specific comfort issues, we would be happy to suggest alternative solutions such as specific mattress toppers or base adjustments that might help modify the feel of the bed to better suit your needs. They went above and beyond after not…
They went above and beyond after not receiving my order for weeks. I’m satisfied with the customer service and care they provided and I’m honestly happy with my purchase as I was looking for something cute and feminine that other dog brand collars just weren’t giving. I’ll be back.

Easy ordering, slow shipping
Easy to navigate website. Nice product. Took days to ship an in stock item - may have taken longer except I emailed the company, then they shipped product ground the next day.

Customer service went above and beyond…
Customer service went above and beyond helping me get my new puppy’s car seat in on time. I called to inquire when it would ship. I was told they would check on it and text me an answer. Sure enough I soon got a text with all the information and a tracking number. They knew I needed it and made sure to get it shipped out asap.
