Not only do the Wuffes chews really work for our 11 (soon to be 12) year old dog. But, the customer service is fantastic! I emailed recently with an issue on a shipment that was "returned to sender" and they promptly replied. Not only did they care about my issue, they sent a replacement out right away after confirming my address! Now that is customer service for a product that has sprung some new life into our senior cocker spaniel! Thank you Wuffes!

I started my Roscoe on these and already have seen a difference in his movements and agility! He’s not laying there whimpering or having trouble getting up! It’s only been two weeks! I DID NOT expect these results in such a short time. 💞🩷🥰

I ordered on June 16th and it's been sitting in California since June 22nd. When you call customer service there's nobody there they'll get back to you in a few days. Why would you order from a company with no customer service?? they wouldn't even send their request for information for the item in California it's still there according to UPS. I would definitely not try this company again and I think all the good reviews are written by the employees so they all have a job. I read their reply and obviously they have no problem with having horrible customer service and that their items do not get delivered they could not care less. If you order from them don't expect to get their product and it probably doesn't work anyway. By the way it's been a month and my product is still sitting in California. They didn't care enough to even find out why it's still there. Obviously they make their product for pennies and sell it for a lot more than that.

Our dog, Penny is an 11 yr old hound mix. She was having a really hard time due to having a partial ACL tear in each knee. She is on tramadol and Rimadyl, but it just didn’t seem to do anything by itself. After about two months on Wuffes we noticed a big improvement in her. She’s been on it quite some time now and literally runs to the front door to greet me when I come home. She can go for a walk again. Thank you so much for creating this product.
