"See results in 90 days, or money back guaranteed" is printed on their bottles and website. BUYER BEWARE! Do not be fooled by the misrepresentation of that statement. I did not see results after following the instructions so I contacted a rep. The rep said I had to purchase the liquid form and offered a 30% discount. I explained I wasn't interested in spending more money in their products and the rep responded that was their guarantee, "to try to make it right, not to refund." I explained the product doesn't work for my dog and I am not satisfied but to no avail. The company does not refund. Satisfaction guarantee only guarantees they will attempt to rope you into spending more money in their products. The product may work on some dogs but not all dogs. They shouldn't offer a "guarantee" if they aren't going to honor it.

Lucy is 20 or 21 years old, and has joint issues and possibly kidney disease. We have gotten the best joint improvement by giving Lucy Wuffes or Dosequin (vet's office) & Cosequin (Wal-Mart) Twice a day with a small meal. The other supplements were purchased before we tried Wuffes, and helped us thru the time the Post Office did not deliver on time (in June). She is walking better now, but still has some troubles. She sleeps a lot, but does get up to "go out" and to eat & drink. We anoint the Wuffes with creamy peanut butter, and she will eat them that way. It may take several more weeks before she can get up and go as she used to be able to do. We are grateful for your help.

I just have to share my wild results after using the joint supplements with my senior rescue for a month. The difference is SO BIG! Wuffes hip and joint supplements are truly miracle workers! My dog would not eat the joint pain supplement so I wasn't able to qualify for the 90 day guarantee. I also forgot to cancel the subscription so I received a second jar. I emailed Wuffles today explaining the situation and they handled it professionally. They gave me a partial refund and a giftcard to cover 50% of the money I spent so that I may give another one of their products a try. Great solution!!

Wuffes has offered extraordinary relief to my senior girl and to me as her hu-mom in seeing dynamic improvement in her.
