WubenlightReviews of wubenlight.com

Easily resolved a defect on item received with Ava. Serious and helpful seller.

I had trouble placing an order on the website, my address was not accepted. I contacted customer's service about the issue and it was resolved very quickly. I was now able to order another great peoduct from tenm.

Meine Rückfrage wurde zügig beantwortet, was heut ja nicht für alle Auslandsverkäufer üblich ist… Wuben ist da mal wieder eine positive Erfahrung !

I just received my Wuben X0 and am very impressed. Incredible flashlight in every way and one of the coolest EDC items I own. The company is great too and Ava responded quickly and accurately to my questions. Thank you Ava!

Package sent quite fast. Usually it takes between 15-20 days to ship to my country. This only 5 days since my package being confirmed and Ava asked about my details. Wuben has great products and amazing customer service. Thank you.

Customer support was cooperative

Received a defective item, Ava was attentive and after a few emails showing the defective light I was sent a replacement light quickly.
