My light didn't work, about every day or every other day we had correspondence and I had to provide video evidence for their troubleshooting methods, and then they just shipped a replacement. Hassle-free. It's just that the replacement shipping seems to be of lower priority so it took quite a while to come in. Anywhere from 15-30 days. I got mine in about 20.

Lightok X3: This is possibly the best light in this size. I use it for a week, will see how it will be in terms of durability it needs years of usage so i cannot comment this. The only two things that i miss straight out of the box is a second non-rapid blink mode for the white light and an average speed blink mode for the red light so as it can be used with bike or scooter while driving on the road as a rear red light during the day Given this light is so great and feature packed i am confused how is this possible to be missed.

I bought 3 lights. The one I like the best is the x3. Magnetic bottom, angle head and red light capability makes it awesome. The x2 is kinda boring. It’s well made but nothing stands out about it.
