WTSmediaReviews of wtsmedia.com

WTS is a full service Media Duplication and Replication House. They provide excellent pricing. I quote out regularly Media projects to 12-14 large and medium size Media Houses and WTS is always my low cost provider. Timelines are met and quick response to questions is available.

Works for me.

We have had the good fortune to rely on WTS since 2009. They produce a quality product, on time, and seem to one of a rapidly disappearing companies that embraces genuine proactive customer service. Christy Bowen, our rep, is just the best.....

The customer service is excellent and they respond to my questions quickly. Overall great experience.

The quality of the resources they produce for us and the timeliness in which they are produced have always been satisfactory. Where WTSmedia really shines is in their customer service. On the rare occasion there is a mishap, they have always gone above and beyond to make it right and correct any processes that may have caused the mishap. Our organization truly appreciated them and is looking forward to many years in partnership with them.

I have never dealt with a company as helpful and honest at WTS Media! Even if their prices were not better than everyone else (which they always are), I would still use them just because of their great customer service.

Their prices are reasonable, they ship in a very timely manner and they will follow up if there are questions.

Fast shipping and fair prices
