Excellent product. I purchased another brand name product purported to work with Rimage Everest printers, and the printing surface stripped off the polycarbonate disk (along with the reflective surface for burning). I thought this might be a problem with my Rimage Everest II printer. The Falcon product worked flawlessly. The printed label surface performed very well with my Rimage Everest II, without stripping of the printing surface, and there were no problems burning the disks.

My library has been using WTSmedia for a couple years ago. The service has been good and the products are good quality.

I have ordered printed CD's on two occasions and received good service with an attractive product both times. I found their price to be good, too. I recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

The Title of this review indicates what I'm thinking; but I'm betting you're getting the wrong idea, so let me explain. The CUSTOMER SERVICE, or for that matter, THE SERVICE IN GENERAL is like it used to be back in the 50's and 60's when businesses really cared about their customers. In this day and age where a business only seems to care about their bottom line and how much profit they can squeeze out of the products and the customer, WTSmedia is keeping the old time philosophy that taking care of the customer will in-turn take care of the business. For my money, WTSmedia offers some of the finest products, but their main product, for which they don't charge, is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am so glad I found WTSmedia and plan on becoming a long-time return customer; as well as tell others about this jewel of a company.

I was having trouble with some cheap CD-R discs that I purchased elsewhere. I called WTS and they gave me the support to find the right kind of discs for my machines and purposes. They arrived promptly and I got exactly the result I wanted. The cheapest is not always the best, but the WTS price was very competitive.
